The personal data compiled will be protected by the necessary security measures, in order to avoid damages, losses, alterations, destructions, or improper use. AquaDepot, Inc. and its subsidiaries cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not have access to the information. Neither AquaDepot, Inc., or its subsidiaries will be responsible for the damages that could derive from such unauthorized access.

What information do we collect?

Our servers will obtain the online address that you used to access the internet, such as "aol.com", or "yahoo.com", the website that you came from, and the one you visited next. We can select external companies that offer services in representation of AquaDepot, Inc. and use this information to register the number of visits, the average time of the visits, the pages visited, and other statistical data about those that enter our general website. We can also use the information to follow the website's operations and simplify its use.
We can compile statistics about our clients, sales, traffic patterns, and services, and deliver them to third parties. However, when we reveal such statistics to third parties, we do not include personal identification data unless there is an agreement to deliver personalized information.
